Regional Networks

 Investing in early stage ventures requires intensive locally based mentoring and management. We provide this through our unique “Kixstaart Innovation Centres" which are partnerships between our sister company Kixstaart Equities Limited ACN 106 211 983 (KSE) and selected local individual partners. KSE holds Australian Financial Services license 275444, and the Managing Partners have committed to undertake the training to become Authorised Representatives under this license, thus developing our own dedicated distribution network to help venture companies raise vital equity capital.

Indiviudal AusFirst Angel investors are allocated to a regionally based Innovation Centre.

Each Innovation Centre may establish its own Regional Unlisted Investment Company, managed by local Directors.
