• GS Energy  stands for Green Sustainable Energy - just what the world needs right now. GS Energy is a Queensland based company promoting cutting edge micro electricity power stations fueled on green sustainable feedstocks such as sawmill waste or even household rubbish.
  

• GS Energy and AusFirst Angels are promoting our newest  "Supported Venture" GSE Resources One Limited ACN 142 537 399 which will lauch the plans for the first two of its micro power stations in southern Queensland with a series of roadshows over the next few weeks. These micro power stations will gasify sawmill waste and tyre waste into syn gas which is then combusted to make electricity to sell to the grid. Future stations will gasify household rubbish from local landfill sites.
• GS Resources One is making a Private Placement Offer to raise the seed and early stage capital to launch the stations. An IPO at a higher price with a stock exchange listing is planned to follow later in the year. The stations will be constructed on freehold sites. Solid long term feedstock contracts are in place and the sale of the electricity at top prices is assured.

CeaseFire

• Our Supported Venture Agreement with CeaseFire has been mutually concluded as it has reached the stage where CeaseFire no longer needs our intensive support. This is great news. So is the fact that in the December quarter CFT made a profit and is budgeting for a full year 2009-2010 profit and to pay a dividend in the first half of the new financial year. We are so happy to see it progress to this point and congratulate Grant Dybing and his team on this achievement.

QuickIR Quisine

• At the AGM held recently, shareholders voted to change the company name to QuickIR Cuisine (to reflect that we are "QUICKER" than the competion and use Infra Red (IR) technology. They viewed the latest prototype of QuickIR's bench top commercial cooker. This uses far less energy, heats up quicker and the food tastes better than the competition. It iss ure to be a winner. It is planned to be in commerical production this year in SE Queensland. Well done to Penny Hlavaty and the team.
