  • Robert Walsh reports from KL that "all components for the rebuild of the protoytpe container are in place and ready to assemble with Lloyds certification said to be end March. Simple gear box is to be isntalled so it is easy to lift end doors.

  • CeaseFire's fire retardant has launched in Bunnings stores under the "Fire Defender" retail label.  It is not in all stores yet. If you go to a store and it is not available for sale, please let us know and we will follow up the distributor.
  • Our sponsored "Kickstaart Innovation Centres" have now launched in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Buderim and Noosa and overseas in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The flagship website www.kixstaartboard.com is under construction and planned to go live in March. It will be an information portal and an offer board for public share offers of technology based innovation ventures. Private offers will only be ever be made to members of AusFirst Angels.   • AusFirst Angels Pty Ltd and Kixstaart Equities Limited have signed a 3 year "Supported Ventures Agreement" with Sunshine Coast based Dolphst Pty Ltd, the makers of Lifelixer - a body harmony product, and Anagise, a hair regrowth product with fabulous global appeal. The trial reports are very convincing. Products have been developed in Australia and are manufactured in New Zealand. It is making a private share offer available only to AusFirst Angels.   • Coles have launched the Coles Baby "Flo Tec" premium baby bottles into most stores. These are manufactured under license from Baby Bliss International Limited by our Licensee Vital Baby. Reports from the Australian distributor say they are selling well, and Coles are reordering every day.
  • Ceasefire, Baby Bliss, BioCane, Quick Cuisine, Dolphst and Harcourt Engine have all raised further funds from their shareholders in the last 6 months to help them reach important commercialisation milestones. Many thanks to those shareholders who supported these companies and their endeavours.
  • Our network is functioning - one of our members has introduced Baby Bliss into a major retail chain in the USA - Regional Manager in Adelaide Steve Turner has commenced marketing and selling Ezy Bead in Adelaide and AusFirst Angels have successfully recruited a multi talented board of advice for Ceasefire.

Baby Bliss
International

Licensed "Flo Tec" bottles now on sale in Coles Supermarkets in Australia. They are being sold without the closure device. They still work well without this, but other sales will include it. They have  been manufactured in Southern China at Vital Baby's factory.  Vital Baby reports that they will conclude many other sales once the Australian bottle is on the market.

CeaseFire Technologies #

 Sales being made of developed products. CFT is raising funds to undertake certification of several new products. CFT has received its first order from ADF to apply Cortec anti corrosion treatment to vehicles. It is hoped these sales will increase. More orders expected this quarter. Planning roll out of anti corrosion for industry - to be called CMI - Corrosion Management International. Board of advice in place and functioning well.

Ceasefire has purchased the business of Chemical Innovation Australia which is the company CFT has been dealing with over the years to make fabric fire retardants and import the Cortec products,and relocated it to Cooroy.

Harcourt Engine

Engineer Mr Bill White from Christchurch has completed the purchase of the Management Share from Mr Harcourt and is now proceeding to build a new protoytpe engine. Mr Harcourt remains in NZ assisting with fund raising.
