has gone live. This is our new information portal and offer board for our Kixstaart Supported Ventures. We are working now on simplifying it as an information portal and only a secondary offer board. All of our new investment product offers will be housed on a new website - www.kixstaart.com which will house "Kixstaart Wealth & Income". These offers will include shares in Ventures, shares in Investment Companies, properties and managed funds.

Shortly, www.ausfirst.com  will change to be an information site for the AusFirst Investment Companies only.

Quick IR Cuisine

has launched its new prototype cooker.WOW! this food seriously tastes fantastic. The unit uses infra red technology and is speedy, hygienic, healthy and uses a fraction of the power used by other cookers. The company is planning to keep working on a new commercial prototype. The existing unit has been commercially trialled at a restaurant in Brisbane with great results.

Kixstaart  launches
"Kixstaart" is now the main trading name of our group, but "AusFirst" will the brand name of our "AusFirst Investment Companies". These are AusFirst Capital, AusFirst Microfund, AusFirst Trading Ventures and Barter Innovation Fund, which are our Foundation Investment Companies. In financial services terms, Kixstaart is the broker and AusFirst Investment Companies are "financial products" or "investment products".

This website www.ausfirst.com will soon be altered to carry information only on the Investment Companies.  Watch for the launch or www.kixstaart.com and the relaunch of www.kixstaartboard.com any day soon.

Press Release & Share Offer to existing shareholders
Sunshine Coast based Biocane Limited has successfully negotiated a $2.3 million in underwritten convertible notes from its Chinese investors to fund the launch of cane processing. The company is offering shareholders, employees and Kixstaart Angels the opportunity to invest in these notes, which will be taken up by the Chinese investors if not otherwise subscribed. The final capital works are complete and the plant is processing cane. as soon as it stops raining!will be undertaken in Oct/Nov with commercial processing to commence before Christmas.

• Baby Bliss has signed a Distribution Agreement with a local company intending to launch a new label globally, but starting in Australia. This has enabled us to pay all the bills and order the new tools for manufacture in Thailand. Mark Kiehne is off to finalise the manufacturing contract next month.  
• Ezy Plastering is making profits with turnover holding up remarkably well in the building climate.
