Meetings
  • AGM - Quick Cuisine Pty Ltd ACN 123 533 451 will be held at Geebung Zillmere RSL, 323 Newman Rd (cnr Collings Street) Geebung, Brisbane at 7 pm on 7th April.
  • The "Angel Ready" educational seminar in Melbourne on 11th March was a great success with the room fully booked out.
New Business
  • We have entered into a Supported Venture Agreement with Blue Hydromaster Pty Ltd ACN 075 634 156 to assist them to expand their water recycling units for vehicle wash bays. A Private Placement Offer will be available soon to AusFirst Angels members.
  • We have entered into a Supported Ventures Agreement with GS Resources One Limited ACN 142 537 399 to help them establish the first of their micro power stations based on gassification of biomass to electricit. A Private Placement Offer will be available soon to AusFirst Angels members.
